Pros

I can honestly say the leaders put in charge of this company truly, passionately, care. They consider all feedback, they look and execute what's right by the employees and not just the company. Programs, benefits, perks aside, the company is growing and you can be a part of it, this is something I only heard stories of as I was coming up through the ranks of my old companies, and I get to live it every day with VL.

Cons

You won't have something to complain about at dinner time any longer.

The people you work with are great

Cons

The management team is heartless!!!! Won't let you take time off when a family emergency comes up. Force you to work 7 days a week no vacations for 42k a year. Management have no heart about you all the care about is numbers and how good you make them look for corporate. If you get to management there is absolutely no work life balance. It's valet morning noon and night 7 days a week. It's still not good enough for them. The pay for the poor valets is a joke. Just a joke of a company period

Benefits and able to work by yourself sometimes.

Cons

Management not listening to your concerns , Manager smiling in your face but talking about your work abilities to others too much gossip mostly female , has favorites so be aware, will change your schedule even If it has nothing to do with your availability, wants you to go above and beyond for a company that cares about contracts and too many lies about what is going on with the company your performance feedback from others etc... As a person they can care less about you or other obligations.
