Pros

There is no pros working for this company. This was a great company to work for however not sure what happened. They literally want you to fly through the hallway & be done in a hour & half. Residents have four or five bags you have to pick all of them up especially on sunday night.

Cons

Again there's nothing to look forward with this company.valet living is not the same company I use to work for. They are having the worse rating on Google & I hope it continues if they don't change.

Pros

Umm they still give a paycheck if that counts? If not then none.

Cons

Signers,- I have enjoyed working for this company. For the last 10 years. Minus the last 2. It’s now a completely toxic environment. VL has announced to us and your property managers that we only work at night. Sounds great, however that’s what we been doing. We haven’t did daytime field work in years. They are making this sound good. However, it’s not they are going to give us a much larger work load. They are doing massive layoffs have already announced this publicly as well hinge our workloads increasing. Mine is increasing by 33%. I have counterparts all across the country. From Dallas to Atlanta, and L.A. They are saying the same thing. We can’t take care of the properties we have efficiently. Trust us we can’t ask your property managers. Now they are going to increase our work load only tarnishing our quality of service even more

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and more importantly, for your 10 years of service with Valet Living. It’s clear from your message that the recent changes have been challenging, and we want you to know your concerns are heard. These updates to our Operations management structure were made with careful consideration and are part of a broader effort to better position our teams for long-term success. As part of a broader effort to enhance our service model and increase efficiency, these adjustments are designed to better align with client expectations while supporting long-term growth. We’ve adjusted responsibilities and expanded centralized support to help our field teams stay focused on delivering quality service to the communities we serve. We also want to clarify that the move to reinforce our overnight service model was based on our standard hours of operation and isn’t intended to misrepresent the work our teams have always done. We hear your concern about messaging and transparency and will continue to reinforce clearer communication moving forward. We know there’s still work to do, and we’re committed to making thoughtful, long-term decisions that support both our associates and the residents we serve. Your voice matters in that process. If you’re open to it, I’d welcome a direct conversation to better understand your experience and explore ways we can improve. My email is antonio.fiorentino@valetliving.com.
