Poor Leadership and Toxic Workplace

Pros

The position was not complicated and there was a lot of down time in which you could work on other things or watch Netflix.

Cons

The leadership created a toxic environment in which underperforming employees were incentivized to snitch on other employees. My boss once called me into the office to get information on my coworkers. She even claimed people were spreading rumors about me hoping it would make want to get revenge on them.

Pros

ZERO but it takes you almost a year to realize!

Cons

Less pay, no career advancements, it's hit & try, u get paid 15% of the money they get from the government for the project. Too many desperate people have lowered the standard of linguist industry. Remember, whatever they offer you is the half of what you could be making if you have researched properly.
