This is not the correct company. We are Valiant Solutions, LLC, a Cybersecurity and IT services company, not the payroll/HRIS company named Valiant.

Pros

The pay was matched market value for the position.

Cons

1 -No work/life balance. 2 -Will not provide tools to do our job but will still hold you accountable for performance. 3 -Micromanagement happens here even if your position is remote. 4 -Communicating issues to management or even CEO is pointless. Issues were reported several times and nothing changed.
