      Pros

      Valiant offers a work/life balance with a family atmosphere. Lots of benefits, perks, and social events. CEO Matt Raydo is a good human.

      Cons

      There are no cons working at Valiant. Probably why I am still around after so many years. It just keep getting better and better.

      Pros

      So far I've been very happy with my time at Valiant Solutions. The pay and work life balance are great, and the benefits are outstanding- insurance, 401k, PTO, etc. The leadership is very thoughtful and genuinely want to get to know their employees to keep them happy as well as make sure they are easily accessible should someone ever feel the need to speak to them. Any questions I've had have been answered promptly and thoroughly.
