      Nice people decent benefits Provide computer and monitor

      Cons

      ZERO sick time not given full PTO upon hire date' Poor training/trainers and communication on what is needed to be done and by when no real flexibility or work/life balance in WFH (expected to work regular business hours with no wiggle room) use google and too many systems to maintain documentation

      Thank you for your feedback. Our PTO policy covers both vacation and sick time, with accrual starting on day one, and we allow up to 40 negative hours if needed. We offer flexibility in our remote environment, asking only that employees communicate when stepping away for longer periods of time. We continuously evaluate training and appreciate your input.       Pros

      Great benefits, they care about their employees, both their wellness and continues education/certifications, Awesome Team, Great Leadership. It was remarkable and surprising to receive a meeting invitation from the CEO within a few days after accepting the offer.

      Cons

      There are no cons; from what I've seen, it's going to be a leader in the sector, and it's a fast-growing company.

      Pros

      The owner seem team oriented and wants to have engagement with employees.

      Cons

      The people in leadership for their contract is racist, sexist. They never investigated basic human rights violation of recording someone without permission and leveraged this . They used employees when they are in need and quick to fire you after. The pay compared to competition is a joke.
