      I have been working for three years with validation associates. Overall a good entry level company. Really good higher management. Pay is pretty decent too

      Pros

      Sweet commitment before you join which turns out opposite once you join them. Gaurav (CEO) himself made 10 comments and gives 5 star rating on glassdoor and hides out genuine comments of people who rates him as one star :). (page shows 10 out of 12 comments and remaining 2 genuine comments are hided which are still visible on google)

      Poor marketing Poor pay rate Unprofessional people excepting Pradeep Long wait to get placed (5 months in general) Trust less people and they make feel the same

      Pros

      I have heard a lot of negative things about many other companies thats y i was very careful in choosing this company. I am glad I worked with Validation Associates. Very fair. Both principles Gaurav and Raj are very good and honest.

      Cons

      You need to have ability to learn a lot of new stuff within 2-3 weeks of training.
