      Forcing COVID exposure on employees

      Finally moving to a product based system where features are weighted and vetted to make sure its good for all customers instead of following random sales leads to add stuff ad hoc

      Cons

      Forcing employees to go back into the office when COVID is starting to surge again. They even flew everyone in and packed them into the same room without masks or social distancing, despite the new BA.5 variant being heavily resistant to the new BA.5 variant where deaths are surging again in the state they flew everyone in from (FL)
