Good job for someone in school

Pros

The schedule worked for me while I was in school.

Cons

Same issues of typical organizations. I was working an event at my branch and the former CEO got out of his car and walked past me, didn't even introduce himself, his secretary had to apologize for his bad manners.

Pros

Co is very proactive with people, offer a lot of benefits, good health insurance sends a lot of communications for programs to aid employees. Flexible in reference to appts, personal commitments outside of office. Great HR Dept. Room for growth .

Cons

As with a lot of larger companies, Co communication is poor, seems almost disjointed, at times seemed right hand did not know what left hand was doing. Last year or so they keep asking employees for more and more, lot of employees stressed out, lot of turnover in branches.
