Stressful only because of sales.

Flexible schedule and the staff are great

Cons

The fact that they push sales goal so much makes workers want to quit, including me. There is so many responsibilities we need to handle in the branch that sales should not be our only focus and we should not be threatened that we are going to be fired only because we are not making our goals but we are perfectly succeeding the branch operations and customer service. It just isn’t fair.

Bad decisions regarding technology and efficiency; managers clearly reward their friends and practice favoritism rather then employees who have seniority, is respected and liked by their co workers and who work hard.

Company is going through a great transformation to update their banking strategies to become more relevant, work better, faster, and more efficient.

Cons

Like with all companies, there is always a con. However, with good leadership you can flourish professionally & meet organizational goals. Unfortunately, with the change of Leadership it doesn't seem they have a grasp on how to transition from inefficiency and outdated technology. Conversations of future little to nonexistent and when given the opportunity... seems fluffy.
