      Pros

      Won't overwork you a lot. Bosses and managers were very nice and understanding.

      Cons

      Low pay, no incentives to outperform you peers. Performance bonuses are minimal and "promotional" raises are minimal. Flexibility really is not there, they want you in the office 3-4 days a week now. Company is implementing so many new procedures and it makes it all disorganized.

      Flexibility to work from home, great coworkers

      Cons

      Management is abysmal, showed blatant favoritism and had no consideration for employees work/life balance. Long hours, outdated processes, I’d stay away if you’re someone considering this company as a potential employer. Revenue is down so more layoffs to come most likely.

      Pros

      Valley is a good company to work for. It’s awesome to be part of a company that is still growing.

      Cons

      Upper Management still has a old school mentality which holds us back from providing a better customer service experience. At times, upper management is very busy and miss the opportunity to spend time with their team to better assist on development. Some Managers may come across as rude, short and micro manage. A lot of times we do not have the necessary support from our leaders. The expect a lot from us and don’t realize the amount of work we have to do on a daily basis.
