Pros

The hybrid schedule allows you to work from home allowing a flexible work schedule.

Cons

The company at the time didn’t have enough resources available to help new hires. The data governance department didn’t have a resource center that would outline the current data policy. There’s isn’t a company wide policy on how to maintain company data.
