Pros

Supportive branch managers Fun coworkers Depending on the branch, you can have some flexibility with your work hours. It can be a good job to have when you're in school, if you have children, or if you have a second job.

Cons

Outdated technology and banking features were frustrating to use - oftentimes affected level of customer service. Upper upper management was also dated in their approach to banking and what the younger customer base is expecting. Low pay compared to other banks.

Pros

Offers a job with somewhat no sales involved.

Cons

BSM are very uneducated, uninformed and inexperienced at managing employees. Dictatorship management style kills the motivation of employees with lack of any job advancement or opportunities.
