Pros

Some of management in customer service. I say some because not all know their stuff, they talk behind your back or lie about you, some think they in charge of all depts instead of their team

Cons

Dress code very strict they pinpoint everything...raises please no more than $.50 other jobs get $.75 or more per raise. As much work as we do raises be $.20 like what is that. Work holidays but other depts are off enjoying their families.

Pros

Hands on Training. Easy bank to start at if you are looking to go further into the banking industry. Little to no sales goals.

Cons

Branches were usually short staffed. Schedules in some branches were more inflexible.
