Pros

Plenty of work to keep you busy and overtime is available. Great co-workers.

Cons

Expectations are very high and you fall behind if you can't work overtime for a few days.

Pros

You're not micro managed which does allow for a good work life balance if you don't run in the retail banking sector. Benefits and Pay structure are good

Cons

There is no communication within the company and there is a rush of last minute changes. Well into a merger, there has been no structural communication, with vague updates on possible goal changes, office closures and processes to input loans. Senior management has now stated if you don't like the changes coming, find the door and leave - which comes from the new CEO. The issue at hand is the changes haven't been announced and due to lack of direction of local management leaves the existing employee confused.

Pros

Sorry got no pros

Cons

Poor management. Short staffed all the time so be prepared to work alone, and long hours. Racists co-workers. Everyone is in everyone’s business. Drama, complaining. Pay isn’t great for what you have to put up with the short staff.
