Pros

Great hours, all about customer service. They are not too pushy with the sales. Great training programs that help assist with your job growth.

Cons

Worst vacation time, must take your 2 weeks together. Medical insurance is too expensive. No work life balance. Hard to get a day off even when you have the time

Pros

Some of management in customer service. I say some because not all know their stuff, they talk behind your back or lie about you, some think they in charge of all depts instead of their team

Cons

Dress code very strict they pinpoint everything...raises please no more than $.50 other jobs get $.75 or more per raise. As much work as we do raises be $.20 like what is that. Work holidays but other depts are off enjoying their families.
