      Pros

      Some pleasant staff to work with. Most associates seemed depressed and there was a lot of drama. Most of the other customer service rep's really wanted to help you grow and develop your career. However this was not liked by upper management.

      Comments made about my accent, children. Very negative environment.

      Head teller was very helpful good training

      Cons

      Management in my bank and throughout region was very catty and immature my manager never came to work when she did she'd leave and go get her nails done or shop online all day I have no idea how she was made a manager she was also racist against anyone who wasn't her nationality and judge mental
