Pros

Little oversight, you can get away with doing nothing. Not answering emails or phone calls is the norm so you really do not have to do anything and you are fine. Its actually much better when you do nothing, because if you try to do something, it is very hard to do because of their outdated systems and practices, so you are better off doing as little as possible.

Cons

Absolutely horrible place to work. Find another job immediately. Where careers go to die.

Pros

Work independently, sales success is based strictly on commercial customer satisfaction and level of branch support. Lots of good people to work with.

Cons

Senior Mgmt is horrible and plays favorites all the time. Doesn't matter if you are the best at what you do - its who you know more than any place I have ever worked.
