Pros

If working at a slower branch, the work environment can be very stress-free and educational. You get to learn a lot about different aspects of banking and methods of personal finance.

Cons

Valley is very conservative and outdated in comparison to most other banks. The atmosphere, banking methods/regulations, and marketing style inside branches can feel antiquated.
