Old school banking, lack of new technology, management does not adjust to market, below market salary to internal people and terrible health benefits

Great stepping stone to the banking industry. Slwp-paced work environment. Sales goals are not agressive.

Cons

Primitive banking systems, not alot of opportunity for advancement. Low pay when compared to competitors.

Pros

Loved working here, co workers were really friendly, the atmosphere made me fee really comfortable. The job itself was relaxing. Typical day would be getting my station ready with about $10,000 in my box. Make transactions such as deposit, withdraw and check cashing. I would also greet in the lobby for about an hour. You learn new things everyday.

Cons

The compensation was very low. ...
