Pros

Solidly capitalized, promotes from within, executive management is easily accessible, customer service focused. As someone that was promoted 3 times in 6 years believe me when I say that you will be recognized for your efforts. There are workers that feel simply because they have been with the company for X number of years, they should be promoted to a management level. That is not how this company (or any company for that matter) should work. I have found executive management to be easily accessible and understanding of difficult situations. If you are looking to enter in to the world of retail banking, this is an excellent company to start with.

Cons

Low pay comparatively speaking, too much confusion in upper management regarding job responsibilities, outdated technology (though improving), no company produced lead lists

Pros

you do not need to work on Sundays at some branches.

Cons

Hourly wage is horrible. Nowadays with online banking, people barely visit a branch and some branches only need one to two tellers, therefore teller positions is very boring at times.
