Pros

Stability is the main stay at the bank so it makes it a safe and functional place to work.

Cons

The bank is extremely conservative with incremental growth and advancement opportunities. It a good place to wrap up a career but maybe not to create one.

Pros

I can say one thing this bank is way more laid back them what I was used to working and I was promoted quick but I think it was because of the fact I has a great manager .. Not to pushy to make sales goals

Cons

worked as a teller for 9 months and was promoted to head teller but the pay they offered me and what was possible was ridiculous I got the lowest amount of pay ... Systems are slow equipment is old ...u get 2 weeks vacation that are not pro rated and u HAVE TO TAKE THEM BACK TO BACK... Cheap .. Not appreciated under staffed
