Pros

Some Co-workers are pleasant to work with and I love being a help to the customers. Not overwhelming work load.

Cons

No advancement, ancient system, no good products to refer to customers, health insurance is way too expensive and no incentives for employees. No bonuses. And the raises are less than a quarter. Some managers are condescending. Training classes are limited.

Pros

Good hours for full time and good part time afternoon/ night hours for students. Pay is ok.

Cons

Outdated products, No innovation or creativity, A constant sales mentality that only drive customers away, No understanding of how banking is rapidly evolving. Very low customer traffic which results in no sales opportunities which management does not understand. No motivational leadership or products to be excited about.
