PT - Teller

Pros

For the most part PT tellers didn't have to worry much about referrals on opening accounts. They give great benefits like 3% interest on a $10,000 loan. They do offer great career opportunities -- if they like you.

Cons

PT tellers are treated worse than FT. They say they'll work with your schedule, but everyone in the branch picks their schedule first and give are given the remainder. I never once had someone switch days with me adjust the schedule to my benefit. Higher the management the more disappointed I become.
