Pros

Flexible scheduling, high pace, very customer service based

None that I can think of, I was hired during high school it was really good for someone who could only work a certain number of hours per week and only certain days.

Pros

A very enjoyable bank to work for. The management style and corporate culture makes it feel more like a small, family owned company instead of a large corporation.

Cons

Business banking products are not competitive making it difficult to bring in new business and little opportunities for upper advancement. Sales and operations are separated and run two different management tiers...they need to be combined and directed by one Regional Manager to make branches run more smoothly and effectively.
