Pros

Pay is decent but not for the experience.

Cons

This company has very poor management, especially as a Financial Institution that handles other clients finances and business transactions. They call themselves a family bank trying to offer reasonable salaries when in reality they are lying about how the job is run, switching activity A to B, C and D the first day you’re hired. Staff insist there are no trainers for trainees and new employees are thrown to the wolves on phones setting them up for failure. With "limited" training from someone in another state you would think a bank and Financial Institution would have these resources situated not to mention no Covid or Sickness policies and procedures to keep clients/staff in the know and safe. Now with recently shuffled staff in higher level financial management roles they do not have the etiquette on how to treat their workers and fabricate reasons to get rid of their staff but will soon find out just how far that gets them with high turnover and no one left but the "least common denominators." To M, E, and J with love.
