Pros

PTO, individual personal training available.

Cons

Managers micro manage and delegate their work to service excellence managers. No opportunity for growth as a banker. Valley demands alot of sales but dont keep up with competitors.

Pros

Great management until they got laid off.

Cons

Very inconsistent. Mortgage brokers bully the other departments and the company allows it. The right hand will say opposite of the left hand. Probably why they are laying off over 10% of the entire company. I am surprised they are still in business. I predict Valley Bank will be bankrupt and bought by a more, well-rounded bank.
