Pros

No pros pay is horrible, incentives are a joke.

Cons

No work life balance, they only care to make sure you show up to work. Hours aren't for people who have children, HR does not work for you they work for the company! I would stay away if you're young and looking thrive. Valley is not for you

Pros

Not many honestly. Some of the non managers are fine and just trying their best to navigate the day to day.

Cons

Managers love to micro manage. Unfortunately, they have no idea what works in today's market, and have zero awareness that Valley's reputation and presence is non-existent in many markets. You'll get blamed for everything under the sun, yet there will no resources available to help, besides finger pointing.
