Salary was not comparable to other banks at the time

-Management -Pto policy from the 70s -No ability to keep staff -Over worked -Low salary -Unprofessional attitude from higher ups -Claim to be all about their employees well-being but make you feel like trash if you tell them you can come in on an agreed day off because of familial obligations/lack of child care. -Expect you live and breathe the company and put you down when told you have a life outside the bank that sometimes holds priority
