Pros
Some co-workers were very professional and stay true to the book (rules). Benefits were decent.
Cons
There’s no room for advancement. The corporation itself values helping their close associates rather the ones who show results. Bank is run by management who love to gossip about other associates within the corporation. Sales expectations is a domino effect from the people in hq down to management from the branches. Meaning they expect you to make sales by bullying you. The corporation itself is going way to fast that they haven’t focused on the internal problems they had and still have.
