Terrible managers, hostile work environment, office is so bad that we can’t bring clients inside, low pay, poor career development opportunities

The Bank is run by a certain type of people who are very entitled in nature. HR has HIGHLY questionable practices. One woman with initials P.R. abuses her authority and there is no one overseeing her hiring practices. They are stealing open reqs from OTHER teams in the Bank. I know this for a fact. She receives gifts from senior people in Sales Team to do their bidding. She should be fired immediately.
