Pros

11 paid federal holidays 4 weeks paid vacation, after 5 years working with the bank. 3 PTOs and 5 sick days

Cons

Too focused on sales Micromanagement Raises are miniscule since sales is the focus. It's like working at Foot Locker; one gets paid by how many shoes one sells.

Pros

No pros pay is horrible, incentives are a joke.

Cons

No work life balance, they only care to make sure you show up to work. Hours aren't for people who have children, HR does not work for you they work for the company! I would stay away if you're young and looking thrive. Valley is not for you
