Pros

-They hire people with only a year customer service experience which is great for someone in school with minimal experience -decent pay for someone with minimal experience- part time $13 an hour -2 pay raises in first year, then it changes to once a year -1 week paid vacation in first year -2 week paid vacation after the first year -40 hours paid sick time

Cons

-awful coworkers -vacation must be used all at the same time, you can not split your two weeks up at all -no paid personal days, they also do not offer unpaid time off. They give you your schedule when you start and you can not switch it at all or request days off -part time is forced to work every weekend and close every night -considering theres only about 5 or 6 people working in each branch, coworkers sure have alot of gossip to share about each other -extremely strict dress code, you wear a uniform with a vest and white button down and are expected to remain completely covered, your shirt must cover your wrists and socks must cover your ankles (even in summer) -overall an awful place to work and would not recommend -they are honestly an awful bank and i do not understand why customers choose to go there when they have nothing good to offer, unlike other banks
