Pros

Pay and benefits were in line with current market

Cons

Culture of a small village: constant gossip, belittling and alienating of new employees; concepts of diversity and inclusion are only on the paper. Please, fix the culture before expanding, or, as an alternative, adjust your potential litigation risk to High.

Pros

Good base pay and CEO is awesome. His managers below him need to be willing to change and that doesnt seem to be happening!

Cons

Terrible incentive structure, crooked upper level management, promote sales manipulation from mid level exevutives(allow them to move funds from on territory to another so people in the good old boys club hit there goals without actually working)
