Pros

Great stepping stone to the banking industry. Slwp-paced work environment. Sales goals are not agressive.

Cons

Primitive banking systems, not alot of opportunity for advancement. Low pay when compared to competitors.

-Easy work -No competition -Slow paced environment -Minimal technical skills required -Management is lenient and not very demanding

Cons

-Management is lacking a plan or vision -Compensation is low and not competitive with rival companies -Short PTO -No room to grow or very slow growth -Very Old Technology -No career path -Ineffective training practices -Management only cares about looking out for themselves -Bitter work environment because the job is so unrewarding -No leadership -Management sits back, while employees do most of the work -HIGH turnover rate- employees leave left and right
