Pros

There are NO pros I can write. This was the worst job in my 30+ year lending career. The IT guys were nice, but that's about the only good thing I can say.

Cons

Antiquated systems, non-competitive rates, arrogant management, promises made and never kept. This bank is totally out of touch with what consumers want from their mortgage experience.

Pros

Friendly working environment. Generous vacation and sick day benefits, Talent and good performance is recognized with promotions as the majority of Senior Management has been elevated from lower levels.

Cons

Salaries are not at market levels.

Pros

Worked as sales associates and basically u do nothing of work as compare to other banks. Also i think its the only bank which doesnt have any sales goals

Cons

Its a very conservative bank. Still need alot of improvement and need to keep up with other banks. You cannt really change any customer info at branch, alot of paper work and everything has togo back office
