Pros

-Helpful Coworkers -Hybrid work schedule

Cons

- Highly critical management that masquerades as friendly and helpful - Outdated systems - Management has somewhat inflated egos which prevents them from seeing their own blind spots -Heavy emphasis on posting all bank related activities to social media - Management changes direction weekly so there’s little consistency - Benefits are very expensive - Salary is so so at best - Micromanaging is prevalent - Capital constrained so good luck if you have a desire to book loans and receive a decent bonus.
