Pros

Going home and holidays off.

Cons

Terrible leadership and management. Extremely weird and immature politics. They don’t pay well and do their best to not payout bonuses. Extreme sales culture. They switched up their recruiting model seeking more sales oriented people vs banking experience people. Absolute worst bank/company I’ve ever been part of. I also tell everyone I know to not bank at Valley.
