Cons

Low pay Doing 2/3 jobs in one Bad Management No actual for growth. They dont want you to move to back office even though your more than qualified. As a personal banker you could shamelessly work in any otger department because you do so many different things . They wont promote you they will conatantly give excuses. Management doesn't want you to go because they dont want to go through the process of training new people Get your experience and leave Valley as soon as possible. The raise is pathetic.
