Pros

It is an amazing game place to work where you can take charge and make a difference. You may encounter resistance from others (human nature) but facts and data driven justification will prevail and be recognized. Ira is tough, but a great and innovative CEO who cares about his customers and his employees.

Cons

Banks are heavily regulated. That needs to be take into account.
