      Pros

      Not many people can honestly say they love their job and mean it, but I am proud to be one of those people. Working at Valley Forge has changed my life and I have found where I belong. Being a family owned company, there is a large sense of community and teamwork - we work together and celebrate our successes. Everyone at Valley Forge is extremely dedicated and takes true pride in their work. This company does an amazing job of making their customers a priority without sacrificing employee needs and I always feel valued. The work is dynamic and no day is ever the same, I also feel fulfilled and challenged at the end of the day. Would recommend Valley Forge 10/10 to anyone!

      Fun Environment with great company culture and good benefits. Owners truly care about their employees.

      changes in directions and plans are hard to keep up with.

      Great fun committee, cool environment, great facilities that includes work pods, gym and a keg on Friday's.

      Constant fires to put out and extreme expectations.
