      FUN! VFF has done a lot to make the office environment and the company culture enjoyable for all of us. There are amenities galore and even a culture committee that is committed to organizing fun activities for everyone. Great benefits! We work in a collaborative environment where you get to interact with others to think outside the box, create solutions and engage with different departments to get the job done. It is never a dull day!

      Pros

      The culture here is amazing! It's a family owned company, but you are working as family, not necessarily for one. They offer a lot of freedom, and truly trust their employees. It's a fast paced industry that we work in, which is why they offer amenities like the gym and yoga room, to give us a chance to disconnect and relax during stressful times in the work day. There are a ton of growth opportunities, which empowers you to be better than you were the day before.

      Pros

      Progressive, fast-paced environment where smart people thrive. You see the results of your contributions on a daily basis. Every day, a new challenge or project is in the works and people rally to help each other using all of our combined best talents. Walking through the office you get to see all the working parts that result in the innovation in textiles and designs that we produce for our customers. The managers recognize talent and personal drive and talent leads your career to wherever you want to take it. The team that I work with is one of the best in our company!

      It's not a place for people that don't want to step outside the box of their personal comfort zones and take risks when the business requires. This is a team and helping each other is the way things get accomplished and the way you move ahead. Sometimes we get so excited about our work and ideas that we forget to slow down and plan the necessary action steps but when it happens, we hit 'reset' and get on the right track.
