I am uncertain how long you have not been with VFF, but we have worked very hard over the past several months with a big focus on team leaders truly integrating with each other. I believe we have done very well in this regard. I am unsure what you mean by operational processes when you refer to those, as we have many in the department who work very well within our set parameters. I can say that lately, we have been working to drive more ownership and empowerment to the team members, and this has been working well. Thank you mikey

You and I only got to know each other a little in your short time here. Your review is pretty strong, so I do feel I should address a few things. I appreciate you noting our employee benefits of 75% employer-paid health insurance, excellent 401(k) match, 10 paid holidays and up to 21 days PTO. It appears these did not meet your expectations but I do believe they are competitive in the marketplace. . Our Textile Design team is amazingly talented, energized and meeting high customer demands daily. We have very strong retention with this team. Our annual raises and bonuses are amongst the highest in the industry each year. The only reason you would not qualify for one is if you were not meeting performance expectations. We all have a role in that, and the team has huge opportunity with raises, bonuses, and professional growth. I would like to add, since you wrote "sinking ship" that 2023 was one of our strongest years, and I measure that in people, process, environment, and profit.
