      Pros

      This family owned and operated company ensures that when you join a team, you join a family. The company holds a true open door policy and your ideas are always welcomed. I also love that there is an opportunity for employees to create their own path for growth. My favorite part of Valley Forge is the culture. The company holds weekly events to boost the morale for it's employees and you can always feel the positive energy.

      Cons

      My only complaint is the inability to work remote.

      *Always challenged in my day to day *This company is always moving and looking for new ways to improve processes *Company culture is amazing. My favorite day is National Cereal Day *Unicorn Scooters are the best transportation to get around the office *Constantly being given new opportunities within the company

      FUN! VFF has done a lot to make the office environment and the company culture enjoyable for all of us. There are amenities galore and even a culture committee that is committed to organizing fun activities for everyone. Great benefits! We work in a collaborative environment where you get to interact with others to think outside the box, create solutions and engage with different departments to get the job done. It is never a dull day!

      The hospitality business is ever-changing. Some people may have a hard time keeping up
