This is such a nice review to see. Over the past 2+ years, we have had a huge focus on our leaders, and have truly A players in so many roles. We now have strong onboarding processes, and yes, truly organized and clear goals and accountabilities. You sound like the exactly right player for our team - appreciate accountability that comes from a place of care. I always tell my kids that the best coaches are honest with feedback, hold you accountability, but do it from a place of care and respect to improve and be better than we thought we could.
