Not what it used to be

Pros

Starting salary is pretty good comparing to other companies. Cool office. Good benefits. Supportive managers, depending on what department you're in. A massive investment in technology that will streamline things..... eventually.

Cons

Not much room for advancement. It feels like everyone is drowning. It used to feel like a family environment but now it is clear that everyone is just a number. High turnover rates seemingly due to heavy work loads and poor executive level management. Can be a toxic environment at times. Feels like you spend all day every day putting out fires.

Thank you for your comments on our salaries, benefits! In terms of advancement, we promoted about 15% of our team to new and/or higher level roles this year and our jobs are posted internally to encourage employees to take advantage of new opportunities. Turnover is 20% below the current market averages so I can’t agree with your comment; however I will say that I hate to see anyone leave. Our team works very hard, our jobs are not easy and there is a lot to learn daily. We live in a world that is changing quickly in so many ways, and yes, our company adapts quickly. We hire with these challenges in mind and I hope you take advantage of the opportunities we offer to grow with us. You are always welcome to come and speak to me directly, and my door is always open as I do believe we can always improve no matter where we are in life and business. Thanks mikey

I am sorry to see that you did not have a good experience when you were here. We have made so many changes since then, it is a lot to keep track of, but I did see that you approved of our outlook and leadership. We went live with our digital transformation 19 days ago, after a 2.5 year build. The workload on our team will vastly decrease, even as our revenue increases, due to the automation of the system. I am more excited about our infrastructure and the tools it gives our team, than I have ever been before. The build was a long one, but we have amazing tools to decrease workload and increase "strategy" and "think time" of our team!
