Co workers are great, the culture is amazing with no drama , pay is pretty good for the area with year raises and bonus, majority of the surgeons are awesome with only one or two out of 30 or 40+ probably who aren’t super friendly, get to leave early if your cases are done.

Cons

Call shifts, management tries to implement change before it’s ready, no where to really move up unless you want to be a charge nurse
