The staff are all amazing and compassionate people and the culture fully supports that mindset. The mission of Valley Hope is to support life-long recovery and the employee culture is all about that mission.

Cons

Moundridge is a bit out of the way if you live in Wichita, but you get used to the commute after a while.

Incredible Culture and Purpose - Proud to Be Part of This Team!

Pros

The people here genuinely care about the patients and staff. The compassion is evident and felt throughout every department, and communication has improved tenfold within the last two years. Leadership is approachable and supportive and listens when you speak up. I love being part of a non-profit organization that is genuinely changing lives, which makes even the tough days' worth it.

Cons

The work can be emotionally heavy at times, and there are days it feels like there's just not enough time to do it all. Pay and benefits could be a little more competitive, and although communication has improved, it can sometimes get a bit tangled. However, the heart behind everyone's effort really shines through, even when things are busy.
