You accrue PTO at a rate of about 1 day a month and the longer you work there the more it goes up. They also have a program to help with college funding too. I believe it is best suited for transitioning(temp work), entry level, or retirees. It is a great company, but career wise, there is not much room to advance. So the chance of you getting stuck as a worker, lead, or supervisor is very high. There are a wide range of positions and job availabilities, however there is not much room to go upwards.
