Cons

The company makes you Park far from the clock-in, it was a joke that it is supposed to be a smoke-free environment for the hotel but is not, pay really sucks and you must standing the entire shift except breaks.

Average Pay (For a Full time Bartender) Good Benefits Good employee meal situation Will meet some cool people

Cons

They will overwork you as bartender on the casino Floor Clueless management. Very strict. (VERY EASY TO GET FIRED) Will also write you up/fire you when you inevitably make a mistake because you’re overworked Expect to receive a nonstop endless flow of customers (who aren’t great tippers) while also being hounded by 7-8 servers looking for you to make their drinks for them too. Ended up quitting after 2 years. Would only recommend if you live somewhat close by or are looking to get experience and move on
